Hey Ashley..

Im really tall and it's very difficult for me to gain weight and muscle.
I do weights and drink protein shakes but it takes quit a while before I see any results.
Any tips?

Hi Ashley,
My dilemma is that I don't want to be super-skinny I just want to tone up so that stuff stops wobbling, lol.
I've dropped from a size 16 to a 14 in the last year but I've hit a plateau as my schedule has piled up,
(I work a 9-5 as well as studying full time(at home)) so I'm currently hovering between 12 1/2 and 13st.
I cycle to and from work every day 20mins each way and as I work with kids, I hardly get a chance to sit down all day.
I know my biggest problem is snacking as I really don't get time eat properly, but I want to know if there is anything I can do to balance the snacking in such a hectic schedule.
Any suggestions?

Hallo!

I have a perfect body for fitness modelling but i have still some questions about posing meaning. What i have to do to become a model on the Men's Health magazine's cover? I noticed that guys usally show just simple moves looking at the images. Could give some advice what kind of poses i have to perform to approach the magazine's style? Currently i suppose so i have to win the competition to take advantage with a some agent from magazine.
What they are taking into consideration looking at the male fitness model? Abs and face or all body's structure overall?
I don't want to make mistakes that's why ask for a advice to you.

Thank you in advance for your time!

Best regards
Guntars Plume

Hey Ashley:)
I'm struggling with losing a bit of weight around my mid-section and thighs.
I'm pretty muscular as I focus on strength training more than cardio.
Do you have any advice of how I can quickly but healthily lose more fat and persuade myself to do more cardio than strength training? Many thanks! :)
