COMPLETE "newbie" seeks valued (& honest) views on portfolio.

Hey all,

I would really appreciate if any of you "more experienced" models could spare a few minutes and help this lil' essex chick out before she finally accepts the fact that a "dodgy" so-called "agency" really did see her coming, fed her a load of bull, took her money and RAN!!!!!!!!!!!
Although I was pleased with the photos and the shoot itself, I was led to believe that the whole day was set up for the reason that they thought I had a "look" that could definately work in commercial modelling and, adding my height and my performance on the day of the shoot they even suggested editorial was a possibililty also. Needless to say it didn't take me long to decide that the "hefty" fee wouldn't be a problem and I was raring to go! That was 3 months ago, all I have received is a disc with every shot the photographer took, plus the shots they chose to have for my starter portfolio. I am only able to contact them via email now ,(naturally,ha) but after a few vague replies I had just come to the conclusion that maybe they got it wrong about me and I didn't have what they wanted after all. ....UNTIL......I came across a modelling hosting site and just out of curiousity, registered on their site with a couple of photos for them to assess the potential(if any) I had with the intention to showcase my profile or at the very least point me in the right direction. So here I am, ready, waiting your eager response with all ears & eyes open. I'm an unemployed artist who happens to be a single parent who knocking at the "Last-chance saloon",lol!
