Hello, Does anyone know of any easy exercise?
Im a mummy to my 2 yr old little boy so am constantly runnin around after him, we always dance around to music and play in the garden. So im quite active throughout the day. But i would like something quite simple that i can do on my own once my little man has gone to bed.

Hello,
EveryNite When I Lay In Bed I Lay On My Back And Cycle My Legs, and tuck them both up near my chest and then straiten them but dont drop them down on the bed, it works your bottom tummy and legs, hope this helps xxx
