Is it really that difficult? Don't aim to 'lose weight', that's unhealthy. Eat smaller portions, chew your food properly to allow your body to digest and tell you you are full, avoid junk food and drink plenty of water throughout the day, avoid fatty foods and too much carbs (bread is the worst as it was made as a peasant food to fill you up, gain weight, and makes you bloat as it stays in your system for weeks, therefore if you give up bread you will notice your stomach area gets smaller anyway). Remember, being a model isnt about wanting to be anorexically thin and starving yourself. eat healthy and you will notice a difference physically and mentally.

Basically, eat more of the right food and do regular exercise. That way your body will use your body fat for energy and not the food you've just eaten. Apparently celery and warm lemon water help reduce fat. Drinking lots keeps your metabolism fast.
