hey i'm a qualified personal trainer so i hope this helps!.....if ur not looking 2 build any muscle weights r pointless,a good basic diet is vital for any weight loss.....obviously u dnt have 2 live of rabbit food, but cutting out junk foods and higher carb meals such as pasta wud be a good start.
If u r a member of a gym,a good cycle which i use for my clients who wish to achieve similar results is 10mins medium jog,1o mins on a cross trainer and 10 mins on a bike.....this dun 2-3 times a week with a clean diet will have u seeing results in no time....and if u wish to tone up any of the area at the same time exercises like squats just done with ur own body weight will work wonders.....i hope this helps x

The best thing for good skin is flax seed oil (available from health food shops) you can pour a bit on your cereal, porridge etc, its AMAZING For making skin even toned. I really notice a difference if i stop using it! its brilliant

i recently had a test shoot and i was givven just 2 weeks notice and my skin had got quite bad. i thought i was coming up with acne as its quite common in my family and i totally freaked out, but i went to a dermatologists and they said it wasnt acne, or diet or hormones or anything like that, it was sensitised skin from pollution and harsh makup, they gave me a dermalogica skin kit for sensitised skin and no joke within one week my skin was next to perfect. all i had to do was stop worrying about my skin because anxiety is one of the top reasons for skin problems
cleanse tone mosturise exfoliate regular... give yourself a facial weekly with the same products that suit your skin type.... if not if you got the money you should have high frequency on your face its drys out your skin and gets rid of the toxins and blemishes and the electrical current saps the spot and helps to reduce it ect and then adds the moisture back into the skin

I have been on many diets that failed - but the last one was the one that was THE ONE
for me that is, 'South Beach Diet'. I still use it as my guideline in my daily way of eatting
and have kept the weight off which is most import - did it the healthy way.
I went down from a size 14 to a 8 in roughly 4 months.
