Hello Gemma,

The healthiest way to lose weight especially around the tummy area is sit-ups as well as eating sensibly. This does not mean starving your self but taking care of what you eat. If you are going to do sit-ups get advice from someone who is an exercise expert as it is important you do it correctly so that you do not injure your back.

Hi ..

As well as doing sit-ups you need to make sure that you do cardio-vascular exercise (like jogging/running) as this will slim down any excess fats which cover your abdominal muscles...You will then start to see the results from your sit-ups..if you're consistent with this.
