i have been dieting and I have lost over 1stone and a half. I am finding it really hard to lose anymore weight. i do lots of exercise and eat healthy. I am worried that i will never make it as a model if i do not lose anymore weight. Does anyone have any useful tips for me please.

Don't lose any more weight, you don't need to be a size zero to get work, just because the Top models are fighting weight doesn't mean that every one wants skinny models, there is a market out there for the 'fuller' figure. a friend of mine models Wedding dresses on the runway, she's a size 22 and gets work all the time...
Don't just think that if you're skinny you'll get more work, YOU WON'T!!!
You look great as you are...

Hey, an ideal size for most comercial modeling is usually (in my experience) about a size 8-10ish. If you're around that size then you should be fine. If not, you can still find work- modelling requires such a wide array of people- sizes, heights etc. So don't worry. If you're still set on losing some weight, though, (in a healthy way- not to the point of anorexia) then maybe the diet your following isn't the best one for you so you might want to find another type of diet. You could do this by researching healthy eating, or looking it up online. Good luck!

hello. you have a really nice figure. could you tell me what you eat daily. if you don't mind thanks.
What I eat varies every day but there are some general rules that I follow that I found works for me, they may not be the best guidelines for your diet, but here they are. In the morning I usually have something small like one of those small Activia yoghurt container things. Then during the day if I get a bit hungry I'll have a snack. I love having rice cakes with cottage cheese. I think it tastes nice and its quite healthy (compared to having chocolate or crisps), otherwise I'll just have the rice cakes on their own. Usually I only have one big meal daily (either lunch or dinner) For the big meal I cut off about 1/5 of my plate and dont put food on that section (but my plates are quite large haha)...if that makes sense. The portion will still be sufficient but it'll just be slightly smaller to stop that excess that I'd often eat. Then I put meat into 1/3 of the remaining section (like fish or chicken) and the other 2/3 I put vegetables. If I'm still hungry, I'll eat more, but if I eat some meat then I have to eat double that amount that I ate in meat, in vegetables. For the smaller meal I'll have a sandwich or microwavable soup or something, which is easy to make. After 8pm I dont eat, I'm not 100% sure but I dont think its very good to eat too late because its not good for the body to be digesting while you sleep. Finally, I try to stay away from eating too much food like rice, pasta, bread etc. as I find they bloat my stomach. I drink a lot of water and exercise often. And that's basically my 'diet.' I eat as much as I like but try not to eat too much at a time and to be careful with what exactly it is that I eat. If you love sweets and chocolates etc, stop buying them. Simple as that- if they're not in the house, you cant eat them. So thats basically the guidelines I try and follow in what I eat... if you have any more questions feel free to ask but if you dont think its for you, look up online or buy some magazines that look like they may be helpful. If anything, you can speak to a diet advisor. A final note: if you enjoy going to the pub or going clubbing, drinking can be very unhealthy. If you HAVE to drink, you should stay away from drinks such as beer. Again, I'm not 100% sure but I'm fairly certain that's one of the most fattening drinks. Hope I helped.

hey, hun you dont need to lose weight at all!!
you have a lovely figure and beautiful looks...and your only 16??? wow!! im 17 and i dont think i look that mature! not like you!
anyway, so dont feel pressured to lose weight because you dont need to.
i worked out your BMI and your a really healthy and safe 20 (which is the recomended) mine is only 17.5 which makes me classed as underweight even though i dont look it (i'm tall ish with a slim build)
the important thing about a diet is ENJOY IT!! there is no point in feeling hungry all day and when you do eat you dont like what your eating.
eat little and often, 5 small meals a day is the recomended to keep your metabolism fast. snack on cereal bars like special K as they can be smothered in chocolate and still only 1% fat and 90cals!!
(oh and btw your body is what i wud call plateau'ing...meaning its used to the intake etc and has adapted to keep your weight at that)
hope this helps xoxo
