Hiya
I 've bin stupid enough to pay an agencie £75 for website fees(supposedly)
The agency hasn't put my pics on their site and even when contacted they make up some lame excuse!
I now know that they're a complete scam and to be honest dont want anything to do with them!Do you know if there is anyway i can get my money back....!?

Hiya,

First did you sign a contract with them when paying the £75? Do you have anything in writing stating that they have accepted you onto their books?

How did you make the payment? Was it cash in hand? Via paypal? Via account transfer?

All the answers to these questions will matter in helping your case. Contact trading standards and they will assign someone to advice and help you.

hiya,i didn't actually sign anything onpaper but did agree to terms and conditions online!so don't have it in writing or anything!
Ipaid the £75 via debit card via the website!
SO SO STUPID...!
